digital grinding machine / for saw blades / automatic

These KAINDL machines are used for automatic saw blade grinding that have electro-pneumatic digital control. New versions of these machines have simplified and safe operation due to digital controls. All various possibilities in settings can be done due to the self-explanatory digital display. The various display details shown can vary from number of teeth, display settings, grind and transport time, alternate tooth transport, machine diagnosis and automatic program stop. Additionally, the new version has a pneumatic braking unit which can be adjusted.

The equipment has electro-pnematic digital control and linear feed of the saw blade operating at 230V for saw blades in the range of Ø 100 mm to Ø 600 mm. The unit has a cooling equipment, with a machine stand and a tool kit. There are diamond wheels with corundum grinding wheels and two saw blade holders. There is an air service unit, with reduction rings for saw blade holes in all common sizes and two grinding wheel holders.
